What is an Electronic Cigarette (e-cigarette)?
An Electronic Cigarette like the PEAK Wide and PEAK Pro, is a revolutionary, innovative electronic smoking device which offers the smoking community a smoking alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes. PEAK does not contain most of the harmful carcinogens found in burning tobacco cigarettes. With no dangerous second-hand smoke, the PEAK electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) offer a more convenient environment for you and all those around you in the non-smoking community. Simply put, there is no longer a need for anyone to breathe the unwanted, dangerous second hand smoke produced by traditional burning tobacco products. Best of all, you can buy with confidence because PEAK e-cigarettes are fully assembled and tested in the USA.

Is this product for me?
If you are an adult that already smokes, quite possibly! The PEAK Electronic Cigarette (e-cigarette) devices are designed for adults who smoke as an alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes. Our smokeless electronic cigarettes are NOT designed to be used by children or those that do not already smoke. Nicotine is an addictive substance and should not be used by those who don't need it.

Can I quite smoking with an eSmoke electronic cigarette? The PEAK electronic cigarette has never been tested as or approved by the FDA as a smoking cessation device or Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). While we have hundreds of customers that have quit smoking with our e-cigarettes, the actual device is designed to be an alternative to traditional smoking, not a replacement. Who wouldn't want a replacement that contains 10 ingredients compared to the 4,000+ in traditional tobacco smoking!

What's in the vapor?
The vapor is almost odorless! Of course the chocolate flavor has a slight chocolate scent to it but no one complains when they smell chocolate! The vapor contains mostly water, and trace elements of nicotine (if nicotine option is selected) with propylene glycol and artificial flavoring. Propylene glycol is used in food coloring, flavoring, and mouthwash, and is on the safe elements list of the Food and Drug Administration.

Do PEAK e-cigarette cartridges come in different flavors? Absolutely! We currently offer the following flavors: menthol, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and a regular tobacco flavor. Choose the electric atomizer cartridge you prefer.

Is there an on or off switch?
Nope, no need! PEAK electronic cigarettes are equipped with a microchip and sensor which uniquely activates upon your first inhalation, and is only turned on with each inhalation! This technological characteristic greatly saves battery time and eliminates the inconvenience of having to turn the e-cigarette on and off. Our PEAK  Smart chips are in demand and are currently used in others high-end devices

Can PEAK electronic cigarettes really be used in non-smoking areas?
As this product is flameless and therefore free of any actual first and second hand smoke, and is by no means a traditional tobacco cigarette, you should be free to smoke you PEAK electronic cigarette in areas that don't usually permit smoking.  (It's always good to check with the location since this is such a new and revolutionary product...they probably haven't seen it before!)

How much vapor does the PEAK electronic cigarette make? PEAK electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) produce high amounts of vapor compared to our competitors. It's always good to warm up your atomizer with three or four quick puffs for the best vapor experience.  Be advised that when your e-cigarette battery is low in power or your e-cigarette cartridge is low in liquid, the vapor decreases in volume and it is now time to charge your battery or replace your e-cigarette cartridge.

Can you smell the smoke with PEAK?
Because an electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) produces no real smoke, there is not the normal smell of a burning cigarette. The exhaled vapor from the PEAK electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) is mostly water with slight traces of the flavoring. This means the vapor from a Vanilla e-cigarette cartridge will have a slight Vanilla scent.

How long does the battery last?
Because this varies by user and device it is hard to give an exact time. The battery life goes by the amount of puffs taken and not by the amount of time that has passed.

How long does a cartridge last?
Because the cartridge length is determined by puffs and not by elapsed time it is impossible to give a time. Our cartridges last for 110-180 puffs... most people smoke a traditional cigarette in 10 to 12 puffs. If you are not seeing longevity from your cartridges it may be because you are using a cartridge with too low a level of nicotine. Try going up a level of nicotine to see if your puffs per usage goes down which will in turn increase your cartridge yield.

Can I refill my PEAK e-cigarette cartridges? We currently do not offer cartridges that can be refilled. Although not recommended, there is a method to refill a cartridge by popping off the end cap and carefully saturating the cotton insert.  Until there's an official way to refill cartridges, we won't sell the liquid alone since you can easily damage the battery and that is not covered by the warranty.  Use the cartridges...much easier and simpler.... and still saves you $5 over a pack of tobacco cigarettes!.

Does PEAK need a lighter or burn? Do I need to light my PEAK electronic cigarette?
No! PEAK products are completely electronic, no real smoke is emitted. When you take a puff of our electronic cigarette device a sensor detects this and sends power from the battery to the atomizer to produce the smoke-like vapor.

Using your PEAK Electronic Cigarette

How do I know when to change the cartridge? When the cartridge begins to lose its flavor, produce less vapor and/or tastes burnt; it's time for a new cartridge.  We strongly encourage our customers to limit themselves to at most 16 puffs in a single minute. If you feel the need for more then that we suggest that you order cartridges with a higher nicotine level.

How much nicotine is contained in a cartridge?
Again, we offer our users flexibility, so you can adjust based on your nicotine preference. We offer the following nicotine level cartridges: Extra High -24mg, High -16mg, Med -11mg, Low- 6mg and None. Choose the electric atomizer cartridge you prefer.

What ingredients are in the PEAK products?
PEAK electronic cigarettes use liquid that contains Propylene Glycol Glycerol/Glycerin, Distilled (purified) water, Nicotine (optional), Natural and Artificial Flavoring 

Health & Allergies

Is it ok to use your products if I am allergic to nuts?
Since some of our flavoring ingredients may contain nuts, we recommend that those with an allergy to nuts NOT use our cartridges or eLiquid.

Is it ok to use your products if I am diabetic?
We recommend that all diabetics consult their physician prior to using any electronic cigarette (e-cigarette).

Is it ok to use your product if I am pregnant?
Pregnant women should NOT use any electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) without first consulting with a medical professional.

Do you offer a Propylene Glycol (PG) free option? At the current moment we not offer a PG free alternative. we hope to be able to offer a PG free version in the future for those that have the rare allergic reaction to PG.

I heard the FDA found Diethylene Glycol (DEG) in an e-cigarette from a competitor. Does the PEAK eLiquid contain DEG?
We at Blue World Solutions  are concerned with our customers health. In response to the FDA's findings in competitors' products, we took it upon themselves to test their cartridges at a third party accredited laboratory. Our e-cigarette cartridges came back as DEG Free.    Our solution is made in the USA and we test every batch ... you can find the lab tests on our site!

I heard the FDA found carcinogens in your competitors e-cigarette. Do PEAK electronic cigarettes contain carcinogens? The FDA did in fact find tobacco related carcinogens at very low levels in our competitors products. What the FDA did not disclose is that the FDA approved Nicotine Replacement Therapy's on the market today, also contain these carcinogens. All nicotine extracted from tobacco will contain some trace elements of carcinogens, but at such low levels that it's negligible. For example in the FDA report they found 8.183 ppm (parts per million) or 0.0008183%, A real cigarette contains 3000+ ppm of these same carcinogens.
